Open Analytics → Referral analytics for referral-source analytics drawn from your registration forms. It shows how patients heard about your clinic and why they chose it. Patient details and written comments are never shown.
Filters
- Surgeon — show all surgeons or one surgeon.
- Month — show all months or a single registration month.
- Registration dates — enter a Start date and End date and click Apply dates, or click All time. Dates use UTC.
- Click Reset filters to clear the surgeon and month filters.
What the page shows
The summary cards show:
- Registrations — the number of registrations matching your filters.
- Source coverage — the percentage of registrations with a referral source recorded.
- Missing source — registrations with no referral source recorded.
Below the cards:
- Monthly totals — registrations, registrations with a referral source, and registrations with a clinic choice, for each month.
- Referral source breakdown — the share of registrations for each answer to How did you find out about us. Patients can choose more than one answer.
- Why patients chose the clinic — the share of selections for each answer to Why did you choose this clinic or specialist.
- Structured responses — matching answers grouped by month.
The options behind these come from the How you found us questions on your registration form.
