The Consent Status on the patient list shows where each patient is in the consent process:
- Pending (clipboard) — not started; click to open and begin.
- Draft — opened but not completed; may show Needs surgery date.
- Open — in progress; use Continue consent form to finish.
- Completed — signed and sent; view or download the PDF.
Completed consents can be viewed, downloaded and resent. To consent the same patient for another procedure, click Add consent form on the patient record. Each consent form has its own status.
