How to edit notification templates

  1. Select the template from the list on the left.
  1. Turn on the Use custom payload toggle to use your own wording instead of the default.
  1. Edit the Subject line.
  1. Edit the Information text (the body copy inside the branded email).
  1. Click Save Template.

Only the subject and information text can be changed β€” headings, layout, links, attachments and footer are fixed.

Each template lists the merge fields you include. For example {patient_name}, {clinic_name}, {surgery_date} .

A preview shows the finished email.

To go back to the standard wording, turn Use custom payload off and save.

Branding the email

To set branding, select the header colour using the colour picker and press Save Colour.
