Saved Signatures store each surgeon's referral details and consent signature. Manage them under Consent Forms → Saved Signatures.
For each surgeon you can store a signature image, provider number, phone and address. These are then reused automatically:
- The selected surgeon's provider number, phone and address pre-fill onto referral templates.
- Their enabled signature pre-fills onto new consent forms.
To add one: click Add Surgeon Information, complete the details and signature, and save. Edit or delete with the icons; the toggle enables or disables a signature.
