Manage hospitals under Consent Forms → Hospitals. Hospital locations appear in the consent form's hospital selector.
To add a hospital
- Press + Add Hospital
- Enter the hospital email address/es, e.g., an admissions email address.
- Select the procedures that are performed at the hospital. To make all procedures available, leave this blank - an empty selection includes every procedure.
- Add a custom consent clause for any hospital-specific clauses. The text will be included in the patient consent and hospital request for admission form.
- Press Add Hospital.
To edit a hospital, press the pencil icon.
To delete a hospital, press the bin icon.
To enable/disable a hospital press the toggle.
Disabling a hospital hides it from new consent forms but does not affect existing records.
Which consent form each hospital uses
Each hospital card shows which consent form it uses (for example Standard Panacea consent). Every hospital starts with the standard consent form, so no setup is needed before you consent a patient.
