The left-hand menu groups everything by task:
- Patients: the Registration & Consent patient list.
- Registration Form: open the public registration form, edit it in the registration form builder, and manage its notification templates.
- Consent Forms: Edit Consent Forms (the consent form builder), hospitals, procedures, surgery instructions, saved signatures, contacts and consent notification templates.
- Outgoing Referrals: referral templates.
- PROMs: PROMs tracking, settings and notification templates.
- Studies: research configuration and study notification templates.
- Analytics: PROMs analytics and referral analytics.
At the bottom: Settings, FAQ, Help & Support and Logout. Help & Support links to this help centre, lists the support phone number and email, and has quick tips for setting up your clinic.
