OrthoMate accounts are created and managed by the Panacea AI team; clinics can't create accounts themselves. To add a staff member, email support@panacea-ai.com.au with their name and email address (see Logging in).
In day-to-day use, there are two kinds of activity on a consent form:
- Surgeons complete their parts of the consent form, the procedure-specific risks and signatures, often with the patient present, then save it as a draft. Surgeons are set up by the Panacea AI team and must be included in your clinic's plan. Email support to add another surgeon.
- Admin staff reopen the draft and complete the remaining details (such as the surgery date) before sending.
