OrthoMate is a web-based application - your clinic's digital home for patient registration, consent forms, and outcome tracking. It runs in any current mainstream browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari); Internet Explorer is not supported.
What OrthoMate covers:
- Patient registration: a secure online form patients complete before their appointment, plus the option to add patients manually.
- Digital consent: procedure-specific consent forms, pre-filled from the patient record, signed and emailed as a PDF.
- Digital Hospital Request for Admission Form (ARF): the consent form also acts as a hospital request for admission form.
- Patient-reported outcomes (PROMs): automated outcome questionnaires across the surgical journey, with automatic scoring and analytics.
- Analytics: dashboards for PROMs completion and referral sources.
- WorkCover Certificates of Capacity: created and stored against a patient's record (available in selected states).
- Outgoing Referrals: generate and send referrals at the time of consent.
- Studies: set up studies, get the PICF signed at consent, track patient data.

OrthoMate is available in a standalone version and a Gentu-integrated version.
