When the surgery date changes
Update the surgery date at the top of the patient record by pressing the Edit button next to the procedure information, then save.
When you save a new surgery date, OrthoMate moves the due dates of the patient's PROMs timepoints to match the new date. Completed questionnaires keep their answers and completion dates.
Check the PROMs Schedule on the patient record after changing the date to make sure the due dates look right.
Deleting and recreating a schedule
If the schedule still needs resetting, you can delete it and create it again from the patient record (click on the patient's name).
- Scroll down to the PROMs Schedule.
- Press the Delete schedule button.
- A confirmation box will appear because this action cannot be undone. Press Delete schedule to confirm.
- Check the surgery date at the top of the patient record is correct.
- Press the Create Schedule button to create an updated PROMs schedule.
Deleting a PROMs schedule cannot be undone.
If some of the PROMs surveys have been completed, deleting the schedule will not delete the data, but will delete the remaining schedule of PROMs.
If the surgery is cancelled
Use Cancel surgery at the top of the patient record instead of deleting the schedule. See Cancelling a patient's surgery.
