Open PROMs → PROMs Settings and go to Schedule timepoints in the PROMs Schedule Matrix section to set when PROMs are collected.
Pre-op is always included. You can add your own post-operative collection points in weeks, months or years — schedules can extend up to 10 years after surgery. To add a timepoint:
- Under Add a post-op timepoint, enter the interval (a number).
- Choose the unit — Weeks, Months or Years.
- Click + Add timepoint.
To remove a timepoint, press the × on its chip.
Each timepoint you add becomes a column in the PROMs Schedule Matrix below, where you choose which PROM instruments to collect at that timepoint for each procedure (see Configuring which PROMs are sent).
When you're done, click Save PROMs Schedule.
