The 12-week report is a PDF summary of a patient's pre-op and 3-month PROM results for one surgery.
To create the report
- Click the patient's name in the patient list to open their record.
- Scroll to the 12-week report section, below PROMs results.
- Click Download 12-week report.
The PDF downloads to your computer, and a copy is saved under Saved reports on the patient record so you can find it again later.
Creating the report doesn't email it to anyone.
Before you create the report
The report is most useful once the patient has completed both their pre-op and 3-month questionnaires. Check the PROMs Schedule on the patient record to see which questionnaires have been completed.
