PROMs Tracking dashboard
Open PROMs Tracking from the left-hand menu. It shows a status summary across all patients — Completed, In progress, Sent, Overdue, Not sent — plus an Overdue PROMs banner when questionnaires are overdue.
Each row is a patient, with a status column per timepoint. Statuses update automatically: Not sent, Sent, In progress, Completed, or Overdue. You can search by name, sort, filter by status or joint, and Export to CSV. For patients without a surgery date or procedure, the tracking shows only — symbols.
A patient's scores
Open a patient's full record (click on their name from the patient list) and scroll to PROMs results to see their latest scores, trend chart and submission history, once they've completed questionnaires. See Viewing a patient's PROMs results.
