Each patient's PROM scores are shown in the PROMs results section of their patient record, below the PROMs Schedule. Click the patient's name in the patient list to open their record.
Choosing a time period
Use Submission period to choose which results are shown: All time, Last 3 months, Last 6 months or Last 12 months.
Latest PROM scores
This shows the patient's most recent score for each instrument, with the date it was submitted. For each score you'll see:
- the score and the scale (for example 7/10)
- whether a lower or higher score is better for that instrument
- a comparison with your clinic's MIC and PASS benchmarks, where a verified benchmark has been set up. If there isn't one, it shows No comparable verified benchmark.
Recovery summary
The recovery summary compares the patient's results with your clinic's verified benchmarks for the scheduled collection point. Benchmark comparison is available from 3 months after surgery. Blank comparisons mean a benchmark or a comparable score isn't available. See Setting outcome benchmarks.
PROM score trend
The trend chart shows how the patient's score for one instrument has changed over time. Choose the instrument from the Instrument list. Only instruments with matching scores are shown, and missing scores are left blank.
Submission history
The Submission history table lists every PROMs questionnaire the patient has submitted, with the type (for example Pre-Operation or Post-Operation), the date submitted and the scores.
