Open the patient list by clicking Patients in the left-hand menu (the Registration & Consent page). It shows every patient with at-a-glance registration, consent and PROMs status.
Alert banners
Banners at the top flag work that needs attention:
- Drafts Awaiting Surgery Date: consent forms saved as drafts that need a surgery date before they can be completed and sent.
- Additional Implant – Review Required: patients whose consent form has additional implant notes; review and add the relevant item numbers.
Columns, search and export
Columns include Patient Name, Date of Birth, Procedure, PROMs, Registration (review status), Date Created, Consent Status and Actions, use the Columns button to choose which appear. You can search by name; filter by active/archived, status, procedure or surgeon; Sort; and Export the list.
