Registering a patient
OrthoMate replaces paper registration with a secure online form patients complete before their appointment, covering their personal, contact, insurance and medical-history details.
- The registration link is found under Registration Form → Open Registration Form
- Send it to the patient by SMS or email using your usual channels. Most clinics paste it into their SMS template in their practice management system, so it goes out automatically as part of onboarding.
- The form shows your clinic's logo and accent colour, and only the questions your clinic has turned on. See Customising the registration form.
- If your clinic allows it, patients can save a partly completed form and come back to it later using a resume link.
- A For technical help phone number at the top of the form lets patients call Panacea AI if they have trouble with the form.
When the patient submits the form:
- The patient receives a confirmation email.
- A PDF copy is emailed to the clinic mailbox (set under Consent Forms → Contacts).
- The patient appears automatically in your patient list.
