Emails that are sent to confirm registration form was submitted by patient can be set up in Registration Form → Notification Templates.
Registration emails
- Registration patient confirmation — email that confirms registration was submitted successfully. A PDF of the registration response is attached. Sent to patient email.
- Registration clinic notification — email that confirms registration was submitted successfully. A PDF of the registration response is attached. Sent to clinic mailbox.
How to edit notification templates
- Select the template from the list on the left.
- Turn on the Use custom payload toggle to use your own wording instead of the default.
- Edit the Subject line.
- Edit the Information text (the body copy inside the branded email).
- Click Save Template.
Only the subject and information text can be changed — headings, layout, links, attachments and footer are fixed.
Each template lists the merge fields you include. For example {patient_name}, {clinic_name}, {clinic_phone} .
Be sure to set up clinic name and clinic phone (under Settings).
A preview shows the finished email. To go back to the standard wording, turn Use custom payload off and save.
Branding the email
To set branding, select the header colour using the colour picker and press Save Colour.
