OrthoMate handles sensitive patient health information. As described in the in-app guidance:
- Access to the portal is restricted to authenticated users, and each clinic's data is kept separate from other clinics (tenant isolation), so users only work with records for their own clinic.
- Data is protected in transit and at rest.
- When contacting support, use patient initials rather than full names, sharing only the context needed to investigate an issue.
